Gov. Dannel P. Malloy is in Washington again today, this time to press for rail money for the state. It is at least his fourth trip to the nation's Capitol since his inauguration in January.
During a conference call with reporters this morning, Malloy explained why he's made so many trips to DC.
"I'm going after anything I can. Willie Sutton is my model,'' Malloy said. "Why did he rob banks? That's where the money is. That's why I'm in Washington.''
