Labor union sources gave the following partial tally for the still-pending ratification voting on the tentative concessions deal between state employee union negotiators and the Malloy administration:

Of the 15 state unions, four have completed their votes -- and all four of them have come down in favor of it.

Those 15 unions are divided into 34 bargaining units. Of the 15 bargaining units that have finished voting, 14 have voted to ratify the agreement and one has voted to reject it.

For the concession deal to go through -- and to avoid what Gov. Dannel Malloy has said could be as many as 7,500 state employee layoffs -- 14 of the 15 unions need to approve the agreement.

Union leaders have been unwilling to confirm which units have ratified the agreement while many union members still have yet to vote between now and next Friday.  However, labor sources said the following unions have completed their voting, and have ratified both the SEBAC and wage/job security provisions:

--New England Health Care Employees Union, District 1199/SEIU, with 7,700 members.
--UConn Faculty/American Association of University Professors, with 2,000 members.
--Connecticut Association of Prosecutors, with 261 members.
--Connecticut Federation of School Administrators, AFSA Local 61, with 50 members.

None of the 15 unions has voted against the agreement so far.

Voting by the 45,000 unionized state employees will not be complete until next Friday.
