Two Democratic state legislators - Rep. David McCluskey of West Hartford and Rep. Peter Tercyak of New Britain - were arrested Tuesday outside a nursing home during a peaceful protest in which they blocked access to the home.
CCAG's Tom Swan, the former campaign manager for Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Ned Lamont in 2006, was also arrested.
