Department of Motor Vehicle offices in New Britain, Winsted and Old Saybrook will be closed today and the Norwich office won't open until 10 a.m. due to storm damage.
DMV says it is working to bring these offices into service as quickly as possible.
Customers seeking a photo license renewal can visit a AAA office, but should call ahead to make sure those offices are open.
