Gov. Dannel P. Malloy will travel to the University of Connecticut on Tuesday for the 1 p.m. dedication of the first of two classroom buildings that will replace the aging Arjona and Monteith buildings on campus. The new building has 16 classrooms and two lecture halls, and was built as part of the UConn 2000 program.
