The state's Democratic congressional delegation is supporting the embattled Democratic frontrunner for U.S. Senate.

There's no reason to suspect party loyalists would drop Blumenthal now. After all, these are people who publicly stood by Chris Dodd for months as his poll numbers fell in the face of scandal after scandal.
