Republican gubernatorial nominee Tom Foley revealed this week that he suffers from Bell's Palsy, a relatively rare affliction that partially paralyzes one side of a person's face.
In an interview, he told Dennis House of Channel 3 Eyewitness News that in 1994, when he was 42, he woke up one day and couldn't move the right side of his face. A neurologist treated him with cortizone, and the condition has improved over the years, but it hasn't gone away completely.
