State Rep. Diana Urban will be speaking Tuesday in Washington, D.C. on the "Outlook in the States and Localities Conference.''
Sponsored by GOVERNING Magazine - a national publication that specializes in governmental issues - the conference will be held at the famed National Press Club.
Besides Urban, the speaker's list includes Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services secretary Kathleen Sebelius, and Mark Zandi, the chief economist at Moody's. Other speakers include the budget director of Utah, AARP's executive vice president, and California's transportation director, among others.
