State Sen. Edith Prague and House Republican leader Larry Cafero do not agree on much.
That's the case concerning Democratic Gov. Dannel P. Malloy's budget, which Cafero says raises taxes too much and cuts spending too little.
Prague, though, says she's not particularly bothered by one of the largest proposed tax increases in state history.
The wild card is Tuesday's legislative elections for nine Democrats who stepped down after being elected last November. Six of the nine are now working for Malloy.
