Fresh off yesterday's news that CIGNA is moving its corporate headquarters from Philadelphia to Bloomfield, Gov. Dannel P. Malloy's jobs tour continues to roll today.
Malloy will join his Economic & Community Development Commissioner Catherine Smith at the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce in Shelton at 11 a.m. for what's billed as a "roundtable discussion concerning competitiveness issues and ways to strengthen the business climate in the region."
At 5 p.m., Malloy will address executives at mid to large technology companies based in the state at the Connecticut Technology Council's third annual Tech CEO forum in Wallingford.
