Attorney Martha Dean is squaring off against Ross Garber in the Republican primary for attorney general, and the legal community is already taking sides.
Dean ran unsuccessfully for attorney general against Democratic incumbent Richard Blumenthal in 2002, losing by more than 300,000 votes. She defeated Blumenthal in her hometown of Avon, but lost in most communities across the state.
