Hartford Courant cartoonist Bob Englehart weighs in on Secretary of the State Susan Bysiewicz and the recent controversy over whether World Wrestling Entertainment fans can wear their T-shirts into the polling place on Election Day.
The fans are permitted to wear what they want - as long as it doesn't show the image or likeness of a particular candidate who is running on Tuesday.
Pictures of Hulk Hogan, Superstar Billy Graham, or Triple H are fine.
